Bill Chrisman brings to Paramount Homes thirty five years of diversified experience in the design/engineering, construction management, and development fields. Functioning as the senior managerial authority for numerous showcase and technically intensive projects including multi-family, hotels and resorts, casinos, public and private sector office buildings, infrastructure development, convention facilities, and parking garages. His abilities in conceptualizing, planning, control, and analysis of complex issues have proven invaluable to the successful outcome of over $7 billion in projects. He understands the technical issues, yet remains sensitive to the organizational and personal needs of our customers and the people affected by the work. He is currently the Owner's Rep, overseeing all aspects of construction in the North Beach Asbury Park redevelopment project.
