Ms.Villani has driven the sales and marketing efforts of Paramount Homes since 1997. A Certified Marketing Professional (CPM) and Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM), she devised the marketing strategies that catapulted the company into the ranks of New Jersey’s fastest growing builders, while selling out numerous executive estate home communities, launching many others and earning a slate of awards and accolades from industry associations. She additionally has over 10 years experience in the development of active adult communities as well as multi-family housing. A New Jersey licensed broker and the company’s Broker of Record, Ms. Villani joined Paramount Homes after nearly 30 years of experience in the sales and marketing of new and resale homes.
