Gregory Miscio, CPA

Chief Financial Officer of Paramount Homes

Mr. Miscio, CFO of Paramount Homes, is a CPA with over 15 years finance and accounting experience. Prior to his employment with Paramount Homes, Mr. Miscio was the Vice President of Finance for the New York/ New Jersey Division of one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, where he developed significant experience with redevelopment projects and low to mid-rise construction projects. Mr. Miscio began his career with one of the “Big 4” public accounting firms in Philadelphia after graduating from Penn State University in 1990. He is currently an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
