Mr.Fernbach earned "Builder of the Year" honors for 2003 from the New Jersey Shore Builders Association (NJSBA) in recognition of his outstanding achievement in the building industry and his commitment to the betterment of the community. Since founding Paramount Homes, he has established a stellar reputation for the company as a trend-setting builder based on quality in construction, innovation in home design and integrity in business. He is an organizer of Community State Bank/Lakeland Bank, Teaneck, New Jersey, and a Director of the NJSBA.
