FAMILY LIVING DREAM AT MANALAPAN RIDGE

MANLAPAN TWP., NJ—For Eric and Kim Casaburi, it started out as just another day in the search for a good location to open one of the couple’s growing number of fitness franchises.             “We’ve never seen a location or a home like the one we’re living in now,” recalled Kim. “The big circular foyer, the kitchen, the high ceilings and the whole floor plan are perfect. We get fabulous views of the area from the front porch and awesome sunsets as well. What a great place to live and raise our family!”

            The Casaburi’s are experienced homebuyers. This is their fourth house, the most recent being a 3,800 sq. ft. colonial in Toms River, from where they moved over a year ago. Their new “Whitney” home design is about 6,000 sq. ft., ample space to accommodate Carmela and Eric, Jr., their growing children. “We have family in Marlboro, so we are familiar with the benefits of living in Monmouth County,” Kim said. “My husband has built over thirty fitness centers, so he is very well versed on construction. We had heard about the reputation of Paramount Homes, but we never expected anything like this community from any builder.”

            The couple was equally impressed with the high quality of life that this fine rural environment provided their family. “Every home is on at least two acres so there’s plenty of room for the kids, and for Eric and I to enjoy the outdoors. This is very private, but it is also a terrific area with friendly neighbors,” said Kim. “In fact, the people from Paramount Homes treated us like good friends from the first day we visited the model home. They also did a great job of being there for us while the home was under construction, answering our questions and always getting right back to us.”

            Kim noted that she and her family were among the first homeowners to occupy a home at Manalapan Ridge, which received several building industry awards at the time it opened. “Most of our neighbors did a lot of shopping around in this area to find the best builder and location for their dream home,” she said. “We know we made the right choice with this Paramount Homes community.”
