CAR CLUB KEEPS OCEAN BREEZE HOMEOWNERS REVED UP

STAFFORD TWP., NJ—Having recently joined a local Corvette Club, Jim and Sandy Victor make a powerful statement for the type of 50+ trendsetters attracted to the Paramount Escapes Ocean Breeze community in Stafford Township. The couple, who also happen to be the first homebuyers to take occupancy at this Paramount Homes community last year, are the proud owners of a 2004 Corvette convertible and can’t wait to share their sports car experience with others, as well as take part in the Club’s charitable efforts. 

            “Paramount Homes was not exaggerating when they told us that Ocean Breeze was like no other community,” said Sandy. “It is a more youthful neighborhood than any of the others we visited. In fact, we were not surprised to discover that one of our neighbors is also a Corvette aficionado.”

            “From here, we can be in Barnegat Township in just a few minutes for the club meetings,” Sandy stated. “Likewise, in just ten minutes, we can be on Long Beach Island enjoying the sun and surf.” She noted that the Victors had been vacationing on the popular barrier island for over 30 years, and discovered Ocean Breeze when it first opened on Route 72.

           

Though Sandy and Jim are both retired, many homebuyers at the community are still working and appreciate the younger aura that Ocean Breeze presents. “This is not your father’s adult community,” quipped Sandy. “We expect to be seeing more ‘Vettes and cool classic cars as more people move into these fabulous homes.”

            Ocean Breeze offers five spacious home designs in a variety of elevations. The Victors chose the Portofino model, on which Paramount Homes added customized features at the couple’s request. “They expanded our great room to create a sunroom,” Sandy recalled. “Paramount Homes did everything we asked, on time and without a hitch. Excellent craftsmanship!” Four other home designs are available. Prices start in the $300,000’s.

            Ocean Breeze is also close to many restaurants, a move theater complex, large shopping centers, well known healthcare facilities and two golf courses. Atlantic City is less than an hour’s drive.
