February 16, 2004—Maria Campbell of Paramount Homes, the widely known builder currently creating the Premier at Manalapan Ridge executive estate community on the highest topographical point in Manalapan Township, has capture the 2004 F.A.M.E. (Fabulous Achievement in Marketing Excellence) award for “Project Superintendent of The Year” from the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA). Campbell received one of a total of 12 F.A.M.E. Awards presented to Paramount Homes by NJBA officials at a gala ceremony in the Grand Marquis, Old Bridge.
Known as a determined professional with exceptional organizational skills, Campbell was judged on her ability to manage and coordinate construction jobs, meet deadlines, facilitate requests for changes and custom features, and problem solving. In addition to Manalapan Ridge, she also successfully supervised three other Paramount Homes communities simultaneously.
Several other F.A.M.E. awards were garnered by Paramount Homes, including Best Detached Home Community, Architectural Product Design, Best Sales Office (non-adult), Best Design Center, Best Landscaping and more.
