PARAMOUNT HOMES' FERNBACH CAPTURES AWARD

Jeffrey Fernbach, President of Paramount Homes, Jackson Township, was named the 2003 Builder of the Year by the New Jersey Shore Builders Association (NJSBA). The award was presented by Arvo Prima, the NJSBA President, at a ceremony held at the Crystal Point Yacht Club, Point Pleasant, on November 12.

The award is presented annually to Shore-area builders who demonstrate outstanding achievement in the building industry, as well as a commitment to the betterment of the general community. Only one such award is presented each year.

Fernbach has been an active member of the NJSBA for over 12 years, during which time Paramount Homes has won extensive building industry and marketing acclaim. He has planned and developed numerous successful communities in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, as well as spearheading his company’s participation in the planned, Asbury Park Waterfront Project.
