Paramount Homes Wins 3 Marketing Awards for "New Golden Era" Strategy at North Beach Asbury Park

Carolyn Villani named "Marketing Director of the Year"

JACKSON, New Jersey – Paramount Homes, Inc. announced that its strategy for marketing Asbury Park's only oceanfront condominiums has won two prestigious Silver awards from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) "the Nationals", particularly for "Best Marketing Director of the Year," given to Carolyn Villani, Vice President, Sales and Marketing. A second Silver award for "Best Direct Mail – Electronic" recognizes its innovative online communications strategy.

In addition, Paramount has received a regional honor for a North Beach Asbury Park color advertisement. The developer is a finalist for two of the NAHB's top Gold awards, to be announced in Orlando on January 11, 2006.

North Beach Asbury Park is one of the Jersey Shore's greatest condominium marketing successes. Since it opened for sales on June 1, 80% of its available homes were sold in 55 business days. Construction of its three buildings has kept pace with sales, and first residents will move in by summer 2006.

While interest in the Asbury Park revitalization and North Beach was anticipated, Villani and her marketing team turned promise into reality. They developed a proprietary online communications strategy to qualify and register buyers. In particular, a quick and intuitive process allows VIP buyers to review floor plans, pricing, and available buildings, select desired home units, and set an appointment date. Within a week after making the online scheduling tool available, an entire first month of 219 appointments was booked. Virtually each was made online, with few phone calls, limited advertisements, and no additional media purchases or direct mail.

According to Villani, online scheduling will be adapted as an integral communications strategy for other Paramount Homes developments. In fact, the developer's new active-adult community, Paramount Escapes Ocean Breeze in Barnegat/Stafford, opens its information center on Sunday, December 4 to registered VIP buyers only.
