ORLANDO, FL—Paramount Homes has further enhanced its legacy of real estate industry recognition for excellence by securing three awards from the National Association of Homebuilders’ (NAHB) awards ceremony for the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), The Nationals, held January 11th in Orlando, Florida. The Jackson-based builder, who has been a vanguard in the revival of Asbury Park as a prime shore destination and residential neighborhood, was presented one gold and two silver awards by the building organization.
The Gold Award was achieved for Best Direct Mail—Electronic, in recognition of Paramount Homes’ proprietary online communications strategy to qualify, register and maintain contact with buyers of the builder’s North Beach Asbury Park oceanfront condominiums.
The Silver Award for Marketing Director of the Year was awarded to Carolyn Villani, Paramount Homes’ Vice President of Sales & Marketing, who was instrumental in creating and developing the aforementioned electronic marketing program that garnered 219 appointments during its first month of operation.

“North Beach Asbury Park sold 80% of its available homes in only 55 days from the opening, thanks in large part to the work of Carolyn and her team of professionals,” said Jeffrey Fernbach President of Paramount Homes. “Most of all, we are as happy to share these wins with the City of Asbury Park as we are among ourselves at Paramount Homes.”
In addition, a regional Silver Award was earned by the builder in the category of Best Color Ad—Single Project, in promoting the North Beach Asbury Park development. This award was selected from entries submitted from several states, including New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Vermont, Main, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhone Island.
Founded in 1942 and based in Washington, DC, the NAHB is an industry trade association of 220,000 members whose mission is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry, as well as expand opportunities for consumers to enjoy safe, quality and affordable housing.
In addition to Asbury Park, Paramount Homes is marketing two luxury single-family home communities: Paramount Classics at Whispering Grove, in Jackson, Paramount Legends at Manalapan Ridge, Manalapan Township. A new active adult (55+) community, Escapes at Ocean Breeze, is planned for Stafford Township in southern Ocean County.
