Paramount Escapes Ocean Breeze Opens For Sales

On Wednesday, January 18, developer Paramount Homes officially opened the active adult community Paramount Escapes Ocean Breeze for sales at its Route 72 location in Stafford Township. Ocean Breeze promises to be the most comprehensive active adult community that southern Ocean County has ever seen, with a 16,000 sq.-ft. “owner’s retreat” clubhouse with grand ballroom, extensive fitness and lifestyle activities, and a setting of wooded landscape and ponds surrounded by over 100 acres of preservation and dense natural forest.
