PARAMOUNT HOMES CAPTURES STATE AWARDS

March 17, 2004—Paramount Homes, the Jackson-based builder known for accommodating the upscale housing market with luxury estate homes in prestigious areas of Central New Jersey, was honored by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) with nine Sales And Marketing (SAM) Awards. The acknowledgements, all awarded in categories of detached single family homes priced over $600,000, included the prestigious Community of the Year Grand Award, and were attributed to Paramount Homes’ Paramount Legends at Manalapan Ridge (formerly Premier at Manalapan Ridge) enclave of luxury estate homes. The awards were presented at the awards/banquet gala during the 10th annual Atlantic Builders Convention, held in the Palladium Ballroom at Caesars Hotel Casino, Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The awards categories for which Paramount Homes was honored, included: Best Single Family Home; Best Logo Design; Best Interior Merchandising; Best Sales Office; Best Landscaping; Best Signage Program; Project Superintendent of the Year (Maria Campbell) and Best Black & White Ad 1⁄2 Page Or Under (Imagemaker Associates Advertising Agency). The Community of the Year Grand Award bears special significance because of the overall home and community characteristics planned and created by the builder.

SAM Awards winners were judged for excellence in the various categories by industry experts, and selected from hundreds of entries submitted by leading home builders from throughout the State of New Jersey. Approximately 1000 builders and marketing professionals attended the event—one of the industry’s most widely anticipated—at which Paramount Homes has been a consistent stand-out through the years.

The NJBA is a professional trade organization representing the building industry and building-related businesses. Association membership includes builders, remodelers, materials suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, lending institutions and other correlating businesses.
