PARAMOUNT HOMES WARRANTIES EXCEED EXPECTATIONS

According to Cherie Petraccoro, Paramount Homes’ Post Closing Coordinator, homebuyers can expect a higher level of both warranty protection and personalized customer services following the sale of every home in every Paramount Homes community. “Not only do we offer enhanced guarantees to customers who have put their trust in Paramount Homes as their builder, but we also provide more precise and timely delivery of the products covered under warranty,” she said. “In contrast to most other quality builders, Paramount Homes has an in-house warranty department that allows us to render prompt, direct-to-customer response and hassle-free service. We handle all aspects of all warranty programs here, including labor, which means we do not surrender the needs of our customers to outside sub-contractors.” The in-house Warranty Department concept also has afforded the builder greater control over individual warranty functions, a more closely tracked repair system, and more efficient response when emergency services are required.

Among the more significant warranty protection products offered by Paramount Homes is the guarantee on the roofing system used on all of its homes. The GAF® Weather Stopper™ roofing materials warranty, depending on the grade of shingles, provides homebuyers with up to 50 years of non-prorated protection against leaks with a special fiberglass reinforcement, as well as more effective attic ventilation that eliminates excess heat and moisture, thus helping to reduce utilities costs for homeowners.

Petraccoro said that the builder has fine-tuned the Warranty Department over the last few years, in order to better facilitate customer needs, while forging ongoing relationships with clients. “We have one of the most customer-friendly Warranty Departments anywhere, because we establish our goals from a customer’s perspective,” Petraccoro explained. “If we wouldn’t live with a certain problem, we don’t believe that our customers should have to either.
