If a warranty emergency occurs at any time, please do not hesitate to call the Customer Service Warranty Department at (800) 710 - 8860.

During business hours: an emergency situation takes precedence over any other issue. The Customer Service Warranty Department will work in conjunction with the appropriate subcontractor to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

During non-business hours: all incoming calls are call-forwarded to an Answering Service. They have been trained to assist you. Another option is to call the appropriate contractor directly.
