If a warranty emergency should arise during the duration of the warranty period please follow these guidelines to rectify the problem.
During office hours an emergency situation takes priority. The Warranty Department will work in conjunction with the appropriate subcontractor to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
During non-office hours or for emergency situations you can call our answering service for information at 1-800-710-8860.
If a leak should occur in any of the water supply or waste water system, this is considered a plumbing emergency. If plumbing issues arise, you may contact the plumbing contractor under the emergency contact information section of your manual.
A failure to the heating system of your home is an emergency. Failure to the Air Conditioning is NOT an emergency. If your heating unit fails during non-business hours, you may contact the HVAC contractor directly. The contractor’s phone number is listed in the Emergency Contact Information section of this manual.
An electrical emergency would be service failure to a refrigerator, well or water supply unit or a heating unit circuit ONLY. All other electrical failures are not considered an emergency and will be assessed during normal business hours. If an emergency occurs during non-business hours, you may contact the electrical contractor directly. The electrical contractor's phone number is located under the emergency contact information section of your manual.
Non-running water is considered an emergency. If your home is equipped with a private well as the primary water source and your system should fail during non-business hours, you may contact the contractor directly. The contractor’s phone number is located in the Emergency Contact Information section of this manual.
If you have water from a public utility company, you can contact the water company directly for assistance. The phone number is provided to you in the numbers portion of this manual.
If for any reason you should experience a leak such as a roof, siding, or window leak, we will address your problem as soon as weather conditions permit. In many cases making these types of repairs are impossible or unsafe in inclement weather. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and we will address your claim when weather permits.
