Paramount Homes Wins Three S.A.M. Awards

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ—The Paramount Classics Whispering Grove community in Jackson Township received three Sales And Marketing (S.A.M.) Awards at the annual Atlantic Builders Convention in Atlantic City. The New Jersey Builders Association presented the awards to Paramount Homes at the organization’s annual gala-banquet, held this year in the Grand Ballroom of the Trump Taj Mahal Hotel-Casino.

A lakeside community in Jackson Township, Whispering Grove earned awards for Best Single Family Home (over $500,000); Best Interior Merchandising (detached community over $500,000); and the
Best Sales Office (800 ft. max.).

Carolyn Villani, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Paramount Homes, attended the event. “These awards confirm a strong commitment to our company philosophy of ‘Reaching For Excellence.’ Most of all, they show our customers how seriously dedicated we are to designing and building the best quality homes.”

S.A.M. Awards winners are judged for excellence by industry experts and selected from hundreds of entries submitted by top homebuilders from throughout New Jersey. The New Jersey Builders Association is the state’s largest building industry trade organization. Whispering Grove has also been recognized by regional building associations, as well as nationally by the Quality Builders Warranty Corporation (QBW), from which the community garnered a Builder of Integrity Award for excellence in construction quality and customer services.
